Modbus RS232/485 Interface Firmware

A full release providing new features and enhancements to the basic functionality while keeping the code base in-line with the other firmware (WEB/Solo/SDI-12).
The main End-User features are:
• Support for version 2.5 EnviroSCAN ASIC sensor, including: detection and default calibration equation.
• Salinity model (Model-X v2.2) for EnviroSCAN ASIC sensors.
• New default address range for detected EnviroSCAN ASIC sensors.
• Remove the maximum cooked moisture limit.
